Tasting Series! Cheese, Charcuterie, and Wine Pairings

Say Cheese!  Tonight's event focuses on a variety of cheeses and unexpected pairings that bring them alive!  You'll learn what's good with Gouda, what's swell with Swiss, and what's right with Roquefort.  We'll provide you with a cheese plate and accoutremonts as well as complimentary wine pairings and beer pairings.  Though this is not a full-course meal, this session includes sample of cured meats, specialty flatbread, and samples of at least six cheeses, making to make it enough for a small meal.  Feel free to bring your own wine, beer, or other beverage if you like.  Tasting-sized portions are provided to accompany the cheeses.


Doors open 20 minutes beforehand.  Seating is limited and online reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance.
